Its been awhile since we have had a great male RnB group. Not since the start of the millennium has an RnB group topped the Billboard charts. So I started thinking of some of the best RnB groups of the 90's and I must say it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. So here are my top ten male RnB groups of the 90s.
#10. GUY.

The creator of the New Jack Swing, Teddy Riley and soul singing brothers Aaron and Damion Hall. The world was introduced to GUY. Giving us hits like "Teddy's Jam" and "I like" This group controlled the RnB Game in the early 90s.
#9. H-TOWN

Sex would never be the same after these young men from Houston Texas started their group in the early 90's. Dino, G.I. and Shazam had the ladies going crazy with the sexual lyrics and soulful voices. If you are a romancer then chances are you have played their music in hopes to set the mood with your significant other with songs like "Knocking the boots" or "They Like it Slow" H-Town was a underrated group of our past.
#8. TROOP

I remember dancing in front of the mirror when I was young to this male group. Troop makes my list for their smooth love ballets and choreography. From Pasadena California, songs like "Spread your Wings" and the classic remake of "All I Do Is Think of You" Troop gave us inspirational songs mixed with love Some songs we still play to this day.
#7. SILK.

Needed a sexy playlist to play for your significant other? Or maybe just wanted to hear some high range vocals? Silk was the group for you. Introduced to the world by Keith Sweat these five guys had one mission. Getting freaky. This group comes to no surprise to be in my list, one of my all time favorite groups. Songs like "Freak Me", "Baby its You", and a personal favorite of mine, "Meeting in my Bedroom".
#6. 112

Bad Boys needed a Male singing group to help complete their Bad Boy family and enlisted four high school friends from Atlanta to be the male RnB group known as 112 and the rest of it was history. The Grammy award wining group popped out hit after hit and even had a song with the late great Notorious BIG. Not too bad for these friends from Atlanta.
#5. JODECI

North Carolina stand up. Number five on the list is one of the most noticeable sounds of the new jack swing, Jodeci the baggy clothed wearing group with an iconic sound showed the world that you can make it from any situation in life. With songs like "Come and Talk To Me" and "Forever my Lady" Jodeci will always have a place in our playlist.
4. Tone Toni Tony

Oakland California gave us many things including a two brothers and their cousin with the group Tony, Toni, Tone. This neo soul new jack swing group not only made great music, but also wrote several songs and as even had their songs sampled. With lead vocalist Raphael Saadiq. Tony, Toni, Tone made songs like "Feels Good" and "It Never Rains in Southern California" permanently placing them in the greats category .
#3. BOYS II MEN

Motown philly back again. Boys to Men should be no surprise to see them in anyone's top three. Arguably one of the best vocals in a group of all time. The list keeps going with these four men. Setting all kinds of music records, Boys to Men will always ranked among the top of entertainers ever.
#2. NEW EDITION

"Candy Girl" "Mr. Telephone Man"
#1. JAGGED EDGE
